Quality for OTMA means product quality, environmental sustainability and respect for worker safety, attentions that have allowed the company to certify its systems and products.

The safety of the personnel working in the plants is also an absolute priority: OTMA carries out constant checks on the levels of safety, hygiene and health of the workplace, making the appropriate technical and organizational changes if necessary, also thanks to the direct involvement of the workers, to whom offers a training, information and continuous updating program to ensure compliance with established safety and environmental standards.
