Laboratory
OTMA has an internal laboratory to support research and development.The laboratory is equipped to verify performance and reliability of new products.The technical innovations and the prototypes made are tested, optimized and validated.In addition, the laboratory supports consultancy and assistance activities, for the solution of problems and questions posed by the customer.The equipment used allows the following tests to be carried out:
- Circulator performance, pump head/ flow rate curves
- Air venting and flow recovery
- Pressure drop
- Leakage tests
- Thermostatic calibration of mixing valves
- Verification of efficiency of plate heat exchangers
- Verification of peak pressures (water hammer) plate exchangers.
- Tests of resistance to pressure and burst test
- Endurance tests with programmable cyclic system
