The ON \/ OFF action of the actuator    regulates the flow of the primary fluid of the centralized to the heating circuit of the apartment, permitting adjustment of the temperature<\/li>\n<li>balancing valve for regulating the flow rate flowing in the apartment<\/li>\n<li>adjustable bypass valve.
